How DPD Tracking Works
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS.

Haven’t received your tracking number?
If your order has just been placed, please allow a 1-3 processing days for our team to pack and dispatch it.
Your tracking details will be sent automatically once your parcel is collected by DPD.
What to do if your parcel hasn’t arrived
If your order shows as delivered but you can’t locate it:

Check with anyone at your address who may have accepted it

Check outside your home, sheds, porches and neighbouring houses

Review the DPD delivery photo or notes within the tracking link
If you still can’t locate your parcel, contact us and we will investigate directly with DPD.
